By booking a package or service through Uttarakhand Travel Guru, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We request you to read these carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website, office, or authorized representatives.

• A minimum advance payment (as specified per package) is required to confirm the booking.

• The balance amount must be paid before or upon arrival as per the agreed payment schedule.

• Bookings are subject to availability and may be adjusted based on local or weather conditions.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

• Refunds will be processed as per the company’s Refund Policy, which varies by service and timeline.

• No refunds will be granted for last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or unused services.

3. Travel Documents

• It is the responsibility of the traveler to carry valid identification (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, or Passport) and any required medical or travel documents.

• The company will not be liable for denial of entry at temples or checkpoints due to lack of valid documents.

4. Health & Fitness

• Char Dham Yatra and other Himalayan journeys may require physical fitness. It is advised that all travelers, especially senior citizens, consult their doctor before booking.

• Any pre-existing medical condition must be disclosed during booking. Uttarakhand Travel Guru will not be responsible for any health-related issues during the journey.

5. Accommodation & Transportation

• Hotel category and room type will be as per the package selected. In case of unavailability, equivalent alternatives will be arranged.

• Transport services (shared/private) will be provided as per package. Delays or changes due to weather or traffic are beyond our control.

6. Changes in Itinerary

• Itinerary changes may occur due to weather conditions, roadblocks, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.

• In such cases, Uttarakhand Travel Guru will attempt to provide suitable alternatives but will not be responsible for any losses or expenses incurred.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• We act only as a booking agent for third-party services such as hotels, transport providers, and local guides. We do not own or control these services.

• We shall not be held responsible for delays, injury, loss, damage, accidents, or any acts of omission or negligence by third-party service providers.

8. Force Majeure

• In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.), Uttarakhand Travel Guru reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or change any part of the tour.

• Refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on vendor and administrative policies.

9. Code of Conduct

• Clients are expected to maintain discipline and show respect during tours, especially at religious sites.

• Any form of misconduct, intoxication, or disrespect toward staff, locals, or fellow travelers will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
